The bowser frame has now been powder coated and the tank has been shoot blasted inside ready for the baffles.

Not a lot been done since the last report been decorating keeps (everyone happy) Iv had two laser cut s/steel baffle plates made . One is welded in and Iv still got to drill the 4" hole for the filler .

Bowser is now sealed and leak tested and it holds 33 gallons its only red oxide at the moment im waiting for some warmer weather so i can finish off painting. Been working on the lid its 5mm s/steel also made brass sight glass and tap. Hoping it we be finished before rally season starts

The water, bowser holds 33 gallons and will last for both days at most rallies once Iv filled tender and belly tank.. I can carry 3/4s of a bag of coal and the rest goes in the bunker..
