holes left over Empty holes left over

Hi All

I am putting on my covers now . I have found some more holes at the bottm front of the horn plates.
Also there are two hole that are ither side of the steam pipe on the R/H ???????

Am I missing smoe things Question Exclamation Crying or Very sad
