Front wheels Empty Front wheels

Hi, I am having trouble fitting the front wheels, I can fit them on but they will not slide on fully. The outside bearing is only just fitting on the stub axle, it needs to go about 10mm further onto the axle. I have tried tightening the nut to push it on but it will not move any further. I just wondered if anyone else has had any difficulty with fitting theirs. Thanks David.

It seems to me as if your bearing races are not machined deep enough, we have seen a couple of these, please check both wheels to see if they are different or the same, I will post some dimensions here later once I access them.

Regards Ian Adkins.
The measurements: measuring from the inside face to the outside face of the central hub area should be 98.6mm.
The two bearing housings should be 62mm in diameter.
The inside bearing housing should be 27mm deep.
The outside bearing housing (hubcap side) should be 32mm deep
If you have any major deviations from these measurements you need to: Machine them deeper.
Or pack them up securely and give us a call to arrange collection, we will machine them deeper and return them.
