Missing Kits

Hi All, have any of you had problem with missing kits? i had, up to 3 months ago, had kits coming as they were numbered.
I have been waiting for kits 16A and 16B to come. I received Kit 17 last month. The last kit I have received was kit 19. I am missing 16A, 16B and 18.
I can't proceed any further with my build due to missing kits.
I have today, tried ringing Isabelle, but had no joy.
I have enjoyed my build, but now at a loss of things to get on with.
Has anyone has similar problems?

The kits don't appear to come in order they jump around
I have got almost a complete engine but no boiler to bolt anything to

Hi Mark, that must be rough! I have had my boiler. Till you get that, you are stuffed!!! Have you contacted STW and asked when your boiler is coming?

Yes I have the same problem. Not to worried at the moment as I haven't got much time at the moment but it is all very strange.

Hi Charlie
have talked to Ian a few times and they are supposed to be doing them soon and cant wait to get it as I have the horn plates all built up with crank ,gears ,winch tender all built ,belly tank built smoke box all done and wheels all built cylinder all done and motion bracket all built and ash pan polished
All I need is a boiler in order to get on as I cant do any more

Hi,is everyone running into problems then at around kits 16a.?
I have a delay on my rear wheels aparently STW are waiting for the hubs to come in ,Dean has informed me that they are due October 12th but as of yet this hasn't caused me any problems as I have had plenty to get on with.
Hope that you get your problems resolved , keep us posted, I will be very interested to know the outcome.

hi , I rang today and they said that there is a problem with the splines on the crank shafts when they arrived , I think that is what they said haha , I was too busy looking at food while on the phone

Hi All, I rang yesterday too and was told the same. They have had trouble with the splines on the crank and hopefully have it sorted soon and then they will be sent out to us.

That's correct today I binned 100 substandard crankshafts, so we now need to wait for some more castings.
