It’s been rather a busy weekend!

And a busy day today working on the cylinder and fittings.

Looking good.
Suggestion, don't forget to check the oil way for blockages, you can access it via the grub screw in the block, mine had a lot of swarf in it.
If I remember I used a 2mm allen key to clear and then a quick blast of air.

not sure if the above pictures are an observation test but you seem to have painted the inside of the front cylinder cover plate.
If you look at iso sheet 1 in kit 11A it shows the concave side outward facing worth a look before you assemble.

Thank you Simon! Been to the garage and had a look at the instructions, you are correct, will be busy with some wet and dry tomorrow evening!

I think that its only the paint on the spigot that might cause a problem to the fit.

My Junior Engineer is pleased with progress so far!

Looking very good, one happy little lad too!

Not much progress but a little!

Work has started on the boiler and getting all of the components together! Hopefully a rolling roller by New Year!
