righthand bearing housing
Hi all. Is anyone having problems with the right hand bearing arrangement. With my bearing fitted and confirmed to be sitting at the bottom of the housing, the top of the bearing housing will not sit flush with the bottom housing top when fitted. Any ideas people.

Re: righthand bearing housing
Hi,
I can't really help as most of us have got a few kits to go before we receive the bearings but I am interested in the problem as may be effected later.
May be another one for Steve.

Chatted to Steve today...from measurements taken it looks like the housing has been machined wrong...a replacement one is on its way.

Re: righthand bearing housing
After measuring my bearing housing and in consultation with Steve I had to shave a smidge (technical term) off however the top of my housing won't tighten down flush yet but I'm guessing after a period of running in the bearings will bed in and sit snug. I'm talking a few thou in old money it's not exactly gaping.
