Latest 6" Foden next to the 4.5" Foden
Hi All,
Thought I would add a few photographs of the 6" Foden next to our 4.5" version.
We shall be taking this engine to the five shows we will be doing (Welland, Pickering, Lincoln, Dorset & Bedford) to show any potential customers what fantastic value at the current offer price of £21995 we believe this engine is. I'm sure you will agree it's a lot of engine and make the current 4.5" engine look tiny in comparison.

I didn’t need any incentive to place an order for a 6” Foden, as I have already paid a deposit for one and I am just waiting for a few more people to joint me. However the photos look great and I can’t wait for the first kit to be delivered.

Hi,
Will it have the cast wheels rather than pneumatics ?. I think that cast wheels would be a nice option for the 4.5 aswell. The wife wants a lorry, but at my present pace there is still plenty of work left to complete on the burrell first.
regards
Andy

Hi Tim, Glad to see you went for it... I hope you told Steve how much I recommended them and what a pleasure it is to build your own engine....
That makes at least 3 of us within a mile of each other building things from STW. Something about Bognor then...
Catch up soon Kev.
