Finished real wheels Empty Finished real wheels

Having had a few days to kill due to the snow I have managed to get the rear wheels finished off (almost) Not sure wether to bother with the line over the rivets or not?? The ones I have done are quite messy as brush control is quite tricky and its very easy to put just ntoo much paint on. Not that much of a rivet counter anyway and not sure if looking at the wheel from a distance it doesnt look too odd. What does anyone else think??? Question Question

Mostly done by carefully placed Finesse lining tape with the ends repostioned to acheive the taper although the inner rear ends are done by hand as it is just impossible to get tweezers in and adjust it. Then using the rub out tool to tidy any stray edges.

They look really good. Top class job. I hard a hard think about the red line as you know and decided to paint the rivets only because there is no
Paint scheme
That has an incomplete line aroun the rim. It either does or doesn't at all.

As a result I decided to complete it as i have taken the trouble to replicate the rest of the scheme.

The choice is all yours at the end of the day and I think it looks
Ok.

It is more usual when meeting an obstacle to break the line.

Hi

I have gone with the break the line on my rears (Will be repainting the line once the tender and belly tank are ready to paint, should be this weekend)
I have also contrast coloured the rivets that are around the rim. Not sure if anyone else likes it but I do.
