2 inch Burrell boilers

as we build up the the stock of 2 inch burrells we also need to make enough boilers to cover that stock. we tend to make these in batches of ten at the moment and we squeeze them in between the larger boilers. i thought this would give you a good opportunity to see some of the sub-assemblies being prepared.

the holes in the boiler barrel are machined on the CNC 4th axis before the boiler is assembled, here you can see the blank tube loaded in the machine...



and after the holes have been drilled...



there are loads of sub-assemblies prepared and ready, hopefully i'll get some more photos as and when they start to go together
