Kits not arriving on time.
Can I ask what other people’s experience is with the timing of kit delivery? I understand that sometimes you may not get the kit you are expecting and it may be a few days late but it is 7 weeks since my last kit and despite phone calls I am still waiting for a call back from STW.

Hi Nigel
We do try to get kits out to customers on a regular basis. But things happen and delay can and will occur.

Hi Lynn. Had a reply now, seems there is a problem with kit 5 causing a delay. It helps a lot if you know what’s going on.

Re: Kits not arriving on time.
Hi
I'm on kit 20 with DCC, generally my kit's have all arrived ok, couple out of sequence, Normally get a reply from Rosemary within 1-2 days if I send e-mail enquiry.
The only issue I have is sometimes you get a yellow label with missing items, but you don't get an estimated delivery date, which would help, currently waiting for a missing bearing from my Kit 19 which is holding my build up slightly.

Re: Kits not arriving on time.
Hi
My experience of kits being delayed is not that good considering all the advertising blurb about receiving one each month. I'm into my eleven month of the build and have only received six kits and the boiler deposit. I can fully accept that 'things happen' to cause delays but find it hard to accept that no explanation or information has sent out to the paying customer.

Well that’s even worse than I had feared. I waited 2 months for my last kit but had hoped that it would be a one off. I am due my next kit now so maybe it will come next week.
