Hullo boys n girls, Very Happy

I have a question.
Is there any reason why the rear wheels cannot be vulcanised if the spokes and hubs are not yet fitted?
I have banded the inner n outers together and popped the outer band rivets in. It's just I'm thinking of doing the lining work on the rear spokes BEFORE fitting them this time and then "touching up" on the heels of the spokes once fitted.

Any help on this would be handy..
