Hi All

Been out shopping and got my Resin for Crystals roof. I also got a light(ish) grey pigment to mix in. Its called Elephant Grey. I know the roofs were white lead but they will get dirty quickly so I have gone with a grey and it will look fine.

Having the pigment in the resin will also help if the roof gets scratched as it is not relying on a layer of paint for colour. Very Happy

I hope to have the roof fully fitted and painted by the end of the weekend. So will post progress in the photo thread

I plan to leave the cutout but have the panel made to fit as I am making a new seat and hope not to need the cutout at all. If the new seat is 100% then I may fit the panel back in perminant or may leave for viewing while stationary with the rest of the roof in place.
