This is the City of Hull letting off steam last year at the great D fair.
Winch wire got rapped around the one way value (I think).
Plus, just wanted to see if i could post a picture here (first time).

This mishap was covered in Old Glory, I understand there was a few moments of controlled panic while the fire was dropped and they worked out what has happened.

Not that far away when things got interesting (yes, the sun did shine that day).

It looked and sounded very spectacular from where Tim and I were at the top of the hill.
