2 inch burrell Newbie
Hi
I have just put my order in and paid my deposit for one of the new batch of 2 inch burrells!
Met up with dean, really impressed with his attitude, and although obviously very busy, he took the time to give me a tour ( thanks dean much appreciated)
Can't wait to start the build
Regards
Simon

Been reading through the forums really can't wait!
Can anyone tell me if these engines are powerful enough on the rally field?

Re: 2 inch burrell Newbie
I can only say from experience. 2" will pull 2 adults around a firm grass field very well.
Castle Fraser 2012. Drove around all day on wet and soft long grass.

Welcome
I have just started in that I have received my first kit. It arrived just before Christmas, in fact on Christmas Eve. It is kit no 2 as that was immediately available. I haven't yet started as it is a bit too cold in the garage. Am looking forward to getting started however.
I need cheering up as anyone who follows football will realise from my user name!
Al the best to you and our other colleagues building the 2" Burrell.
Cheers and out

Hi Simon
I've had my 2" Burrell, "Chloe" running for the few years, and you will not be disappointed.
I quite often take Chloe on a road run, which is about a mile and a half long and does it no problem...1st gear all the way though.
Last year I took her to a local village fair, and with the use of Frostie's wagon, I gave rides to kids all afternoon (5 hours ish) on a grass field. No problems, even had kids waiting in a queue for a ride. There is a short clip on Youtube under the name of "Ponsanooth Fair Day 2012".
I hope this helps,
Tony
