Strange way of fixing dummy rivets

Hi all
Hopefully finally managed to post a photo on the forum - thanks to Lynn.
Took this one a few days ago to show a strange way of holding dummy rivets in place on wheel rim while araldite set.
I drilled a bit of rubber out, countersunk holes slightly and then found rivets were not a tight fit in hole so had to quickly cut a circle from 18mm MDF and then wedge various thicknesses of card to seat rivets in holes properly to hold in position while araldite set.
