Pic Updates - Page 2 Empty Long time.......

Post  Weston Mon 30 Jul 2012, 3:47 pm

Hi Guys,

Been a while since I have been on here, moved house not so long ago and had the massive task of relocating my workshop. Just about all up and running now, still got a few bits to sort. So not much has been done to the engine really but a few bits have been completed here and there. I am waiting to pick up my boiler so I can do a dry build with the horn plates and tender. Anyway's few pic updates for you all.

First bit of colour,

Remaking the beading, formed from one piece.

I turned up some rivet bolts to fit down the side of the tender

Starting on some of the shiny bits,

Aye! +1 for a water level gauge! You should market 'em Cool

I like the rivet bolts you've used on the tender straps.

Yes I agree the gauge looks great and I am sure many would like to have one as good.
