In the instructions it says set the injector ball lift height to 2.5mm, by setting the adjustment stop to 5mm.
If you do this, the ball lift is greater than 2.5mm.
What measurement have others set there clack valve ball lift to.

I too found that the 5mm was wrong.
Using a depth gauge, I measured the distance down to the top of the ball in position; subtracted the specified lift required to calculate the correct adjustment stop position.
The adjustment for the Water Pump Clack was also wrong, so I used the same process again.

Not sure of the science behind it, but you will have noticed that the two clack valve lift requirements are different.

Using this method, both my clacks have been running trouble free now for four years.

That is exactly what I did.
If you set the lift to the instructions the lift is excessive in my opinion.
