Telephone lines - update March 12th

Despite having in place and paying for 24 hour emergency call out plan as part of our BT package we STILL have no phone lines!! Tomorrow will be 4 days and BT just pass you from pillar to post and say sorry we are short of engineers in your area......yes but we pay for guaranteed 24 hour service....yes we know, sorry!!!

Seriously I’ve said it before and 12 years later my view hasn’t changed BT are the worst company EVER to deal with and would be broke in 2 minutes from sheer incompetence if they were a small business!

Sorry to everyone who’s been trying to get through and been unable to.

Nope.

An engineer made a 200 mile round trip from Wales this morning to be there two minutes and say what we knew all along that the phone system wasn’t the issue, but there was a problem between the phone line and the telephone exchange in Daventry!! Someone will now be out on Monday some 6 days after reporting it!
