Pickering Steam Rally 2009

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thank you to Steve and Dean for letting me bore them for half an hour at Pickering on Saturday.

As a keen to be owner of a DCC Showmans it was really nice to see "Winston Churchill" on the stand and to get an idea of scale of what the actual finished model will perhaps look like. The massive amount of saving that I'm currently doing at the moment is certainly going to pay off if it looks as good as "Churchill" which according to Steve it should look even better.

Want to also add a huge well done to the all the team on the "road trip". I think what the guys are doing is fantastic and if anyone has a spare few pounds burning a hole in there pocket then I would say that giving it to the lads would not be a bad idea at all as the money is going towards a fantastic cause.
