This week we are looking to Ship Lykamobile kit 2, Foden 6" Kit 28, SCC kit 22b and Burrell Agricultural Kit 22b

Did the next SCC kit go out the door? It has been two months since the last kit was delivered and hoping to make a rally or two this year!

Its complete should go out on Wednesday, then your on your final kit so I guess rallies are looking good for this year.

BU4 and SCC kits 22B are now complete and should be despatched Wednesday, Lyka kit 2 and Foden 6" kit 28 have left.
Currently progressing BU2 kit 16B, Roller kit 9, DCC kit 29 and Foden 6" kit 29

not a lot to see this week that you haven't seen already, but we have nearly finished the roller horn-plate kit. the LH horn-plate is a welded fabrication...



and this needs final machining...



and so the kit is done...





Ian is just prepping the tender so he can join the two together...



a lot of this week has been spent making parts for electric sentinel kits...

and the main chassis parts have been machined and are now being welded together...

Looks like things are progressing nicely on a number of fronts. Those roller wheels look quite heavy, hope you have had your weetabix before carrying them around the factory. Keep up the good work.

OK, i was on holiday last friday and the PC at work was playing up today so im posting from home again this week

the roller "wheels" have now been drilled...



they are not too heavy, lighter than a BU rear wheel  



and the hub sections are all finished...



a pallet load of electric sentinel chassis...



and an interesting photo of a boiler during construction...



I've spent a lot of time this week on 2inch governor bases...



water pumps...



and check valves...



from the lathes we have 6inch foden eccentric straps...



and water pump covers...



and BU tender fillets (to be segmented later on the mill)...



and the lyka diff castings have been turned. they just need the internals milling...

the roller "wheels" kit was finished and sent out. the pair of wheels look great together on the single axle...





also the rear wheels have arrived. we have three pallets of these...



the lyka diff castings have been split and the inner area machined...



and fitted to the control model...



I cant remember if i posted a photo of the prototype spring set, but there it is. we will be working on these next week...



the bu tender fillets from last week have had the backs turned...



and are now on the mill to be segmented...



and the pile of electric sentinel parts is still growing...



there wont be anymore photos till after Easter now because I'm on holiday next week, but if your lucky you may get an update from Ian.

base casting are now machined just need to prove the whole assy out now
so soon after Easter is best guess

we are producing this kit along with kit 23 of the Agi the machined parts are done but all the seat parts need fabricating and we have a backlog in that dept so we are still looking a couple of weeks (we are as eager for your money as you are for our kit) it will be as soon as possible.

With March's kit being late, for the 2", will there be a kit this mouth (April) .

All governor parts now proven to fit.
Don't have anyone to pack it this week due to holidays, so early next week it should be on its way to you

just a few photos from this week. a few people have been on holiday over the last few weeks so its been a bit slow.

the machine shop has been making parts for the scc seat base...



so the manual section can get on with bending, forming and welding...
