Water pick up and governor

Evening,

I now have only three kits left then the boxes stop arriving, where have the last 2 and a bit years gone?

Anyway could somebody clarify if the Agricultural engine has a water pickup and whether the governor actually works. If not has anybody made either item work, please?

The agricultural does have a water pick up which is extremely efficient & trouble free. The governor is there mainly for show, it does spin around and some people have made it work after a fashion but the problem is you can't scale weight. The balls aren't big enough to really do the job and if they were they would look silly. A third of the scale size is a 27th of the weight.
