Front tube plate plug Empty Front tube plate plug

Just fitted my smokebox yesterday and now I'm thinking it's going to be some fiddly exercise to fit the plug into the front tubeplate. What people's thoughts.....anyone know which kit it arrives in ?...why so late in the build ?
I put some folic paste on the smokebox to boiler joint..good idea or not ?
Thanks

Many thanks for the reply Steve. ...what a crazy thing to do to supply in kit 21 when it would be much easier to fit at the early stages before the smokebox goes on. Many thanks for the reply.
