Hi guys, 
Does anyone have any advice about the brake shoes? 
I can't seem to get it to fit.

Hi Bryan,

I had the same problem with mine, what I did to overcome the problem was to countersink the shoe arm with a large countersink. Unfortunately STW machine a radius on the brake shaft arm but the casting which the brake shoe is attached to is not matching.

20 mm is the largest - is that big enough? Can't quite get a grasp on the size of the hole from the photos.
