CUSTOMER NOTICE - Phone Lines - 16/10/2013

Hi All,

Just so you are aware.

There is the possibility that we will be without phones and internet TODAY 16/10/2013.

After using 'internet' phones for just over 2 years we have decided to go back to BT and the old fashioned 'land line'. The quality of sound/clarity was just getting worse and worse on the internet phones as the connection speed on our estate is very poor indeed. Some days we would struggle to hear customers through the constant crackling so we felt enough was enough and have purchased new phones etc.

Hopefully the disruption will be minimal and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause, however it should hopefully improve things for the future.
