Need some help with this one. the BU 41133 Reg spring does not get a mention in the instructions. Does it locate in behind the reg nut BU41118 in the hole or is it not needed?
Thanks
Phil

BU41133 Regulator spring Empty Regulater spring

The regulater spring locates in the little hole in the block that is grubscrewed onto the regulater rod. It is there to provide a little downward pressure until the steam pressure takes over. You will find that it slides really easily with no pressure but as you steam up & the pressure in the boiler increases the regulater becomes quite stiff due to the downward pressure from the steam.
