Merry Christmas & Happy New Year - Holiday

Hello All,

We would like to wish every one of you a Very Merry Christmas and Prosperous 2012. Many of you will have lots to look forward to in 2012 with the completion of your engines imminent.

We will close from 4.30pm 23rd December until Tuesday 3rd January for a well earned break.

While we are off the answer phones will be switched on but we shall continue to monitor the forum and emails so should you have any questions or queries we'll still do our utmost to assist.

Hope you all enjoy your deserved break. It appears to have been a successful year for everyone. May you all have a good round of cheer and be back to work in 2012 bright eyed and bushy tailed. I will be at work between the public holidays. Just in case someone wants to use a video conference unit. If it is like last year. Sat and watched videos on the PC.

Christmas shopping all done?

Just a couple of things missing from the stockpile of presents in the corner of the room. Kit22 and 26?

Well you could be in luck then......

For the first time ever (better not speak too soon!) we should just about manage to get everything out before Christmas.

Lykamobile electrics kit......went last Tuesday (13th)
Foden windown kit.......went yesterday (15th)
Burrell 4" Kit 3......went yesterday (15th)
Burrell 2" Kit 2......packed and on the shelf...going on Monday (19th)
Burrell 4" DCC engines Kit 26........mostly packed, just being boxed.....should go Monday (19th)
Running behinds (all the customers who started deliveries later or are not running to current schedule).......all in stock & packed....should go Tuesday (20th)
Burrell 4" DCC engines Kit 22.......part packed, some work to do........hopefully will go Wednesday (21st) possibly Thursday (22nd, my bday!!)

We'll look forward to receiving all your cheques/payments either before we break up or while we are away. it'll be a great Xmas present to come back to.

That could be cutting it close for up here in the North. Like last year where the kit sat at Inverness for 3 weeks.

Well we can only hope.

Gives me an excuse to defer the lining out till the new year.
