Tip for assembling spokes for front wheel and rear wheel
Spokes, rims and hubs have been machined very carefully by STW, there is not much clearance. For that reason this tip may be helpful:
Do not tighten any screw, leave them as loose as possible, until all spokes are in place. Only after that you may start to tighten them. Going this way I didn't need to correct or relocate any of the holes.
I give that hint because I just fell over the very angry postings by johnzzr from July 2021, you find them in the thread "Just saving to start my build" by infliction4664. I do not agree at all with johnzzr. I guess he is one of the poor home-working-guys, who hast lost patience prematurely, because he simply hasn't collected enough experience to handle such a complex project like a steam traction engine.
