The only place that I could find is here, Windermere Kettle Apparently STW were going to make one several years ago, but didn't.

I just bought one from Traction Engine Lamps, two types one just a stainless body with tap and coil, the other is wood clad. Very well made. The company also makes Traction Engine Lamps. However I did like Live Steams solution and his plumbing arrangement. I was originally going to plumb it into the blower pipe and attach the kettle to the foot board but I will look at connecting it to the injector supply and locate near the tender.
