Finally got round to it
My Mrs bought a complete set of roller kits last year, having now finished my half size portable and done the winter maintenance on my lads STW SCC, actually made a start on the roller today.
One front roll built.

Re: Finally got round to it
Finally got most of the painting done, final assembly has started.
We have made a few mods, silver soldered nipples on all the pipework, hardened all the motion pins and fitted hardened bushes into the rod ends. On the eccentric rods & valve fork we have fitted a small key to prevent the pin turning in the rod end. Also made new reach rod ends from solid.
I will post photos three at a time as I cannot get it to load anymore.

It's looking amazing Bob. What shade of blue is that? the orange/red? lining really makes it pop beautifully.

Colour
Its Craftmaster Ex Mayor blue, I set up a dust free area in my work shop and brush painted it.
The lining was done using a Buegler lining tool, the red is Vermilion. Then everything is varnished.
Tried to keep it simple, the rolls are just black
Its not as perfect as spraying but we are pleased with the results.
