how to upload videos to the forum

Hi, can anyone tell me how to upload videos to the forum, what is maximum file size?

Best thing is to load them to youtube and then click the youtube link in the forum message window and add the youtube url to the little window that opens, you cannot load direct to the forum.

Yes. Upload to YouTube. Copy the "share" link from the YouTube page. Set your cursor where you want the video window to appear (it can be moved later by editing if needed). Open the YouTube (red&white) icon. Paste the link info in to the box displayed and press insert.
