Good customer service

I went to the STW factory today with a series of small problems on my 2 inch Burrell.
Within an hour all mechanical problems solved, one missing bit found and faulty components replaced. Still one item outstanding, but this will be dealt with later.
All in all, a good service with the satisfaction that I can move on with the building of the model.
The only problem was seeing all the bits of the 4 inch Traction engines and wishing I had one!
