Excellant Service

I know it's easy to grumble about this & that sometimes so to balance things up I wanted to mention that yesterday I was giving 'Hercules' a bit of winter TLC and noticed that one of the steering oilers was missing. It's only locktited in and a cleaning rag must have dislodged it on the rally field. That being the case there was no chance of ever finding it so I rang Isabell yesterday afternoon with the part number & asked if they had any spares. This morning at 9.15am a jiffy bag arrived with the missing part and a compliment slip.
