Is there any ETA on the final kit?

final kit is very nearly done lynn. we had to wait for the motors to arrive before we could finish this off and as we are modifying bought in parts we are proceeding with caution to make sure it all goes together correctly.

steve has insisted that we make one of everything and get the control model together before doing final work on the full batch.

i would think we could get this done this week, i'll keep you posted.

Just a few bits to add to Craig’s post. We’re going to supply the last Kit in two installments. The first installment represents about ¾ of the full kit and consists of all the dynamo components. The second and last installment will be the Board for the meters, the meters themselves and a few brass bits to add some detail. We’ll supply the second installment as soon as we get the meters. Best guess at the moment is about another month.

The first installment is being worked on at the moment. It’s pretty much done but we are having some issues with getting the extensions to the dynamo to run true. We have sample belts but I don’t want to place an order for these until we’ve tried them on our Control Model to make sure the lengths are right. The lead time on the belts is only a couple of days.

If we get an early resolution to the dynamo problem then we’re looking at the very end of this week or early next for its dispatch.
