2" Burrell Kit 19

Hi All,

A couple have things have been brought to our attention on kit 19.

Firstly the top slide bar has been tapped 5ba and the oiler we have sent has been threaded M4. The hole in the slide bar will require opening out to 3.3mm and retapping M4. If you have the capability to do this then please do so. If you would rather send it back for us to rectify then please return it and we will drill and tap it and return it straight away. Please remember to enclose you name and address.

Secondly, 4 M3 Nuts have been left off the packing list and therefore have not been put in with the kit. We would prefer to add these to the next kit, however, if you require them more urgently then please contact us.

Hi all
I now have done my kit 19 ......Did use 4 plasters.But I did have a prob the eccntic strap hit the elbow on the bolier!!
So I took the crank of to see if the eccntics were in the wrong place but thay are ok .So I tryed to
put the bolt in the other way round as you can see in the pics ,.

So I filed of a bit on the nut on the bolier and cut away some of the strap.

This was a big decison but did and now all is running well......
But I am thinking was that the right thing to do ??

Had the same problem but found that the elbows, when turned over, stopped this happening.

HI did try that but the steam pipe had a better fit ..Thanks how can I put it OOPPSS
