Check Valve fitting
Hi All
Having spoken with STW. There is a slight problem with some of the bush inserts welded to the boiler. Some have the stud holes drilled about 1/2 diameter of the stud too narrow. It appears to be just a small number so you may be luck and have both good. Myself I have one good and one bad. The best solution is to elongate both holes in the brass fitting to allow for the narrower gap and to keep the fitting central over the hole.
