Good day had
Hi All
Excellent day had today by all. Only a couple of showers to dampen down things. Only got one picture as engine generated a LOT of interest. Lots of questions and complements on the engine and quite a few interested parties.
Back there tomorrow in a different location, I was in one of the big tents today, if the weather is fairly good. A full size engine owner is lending me a gazebo in the main station yard so should get even more interest.
Unfortunatly I did not get time to take pictures today but drafting mother in as engine sitter tomorrow so I can get a break and get some pictures.

Sunday 17th July 2011 Strathspey Steam Railway
Hi All
Sunday seen me having a change of venue. A space was found on the main steam area, ie the goods yard. I was placed right between the entrance route round the platforms into the yard. So LOTS of visitors. A multitude of questions and complements during the day with some repeat visitors. Even some of the big boys were over having a look see. The number of times I was asked what scale it was by another mini owner was very surprising. The road and showmans are going to have a big presence once complete!
Pictures should follow tonight. I can not upload from work.

Photos from the weekend
Hi All
A good weekend had by all. If you did not like the weather all you had to do was wait 5 mins. Only a few short showers each day.
