Project retro racer
Ha Ha, my latest toy, this ones a little cheaper than the last one though
take one cheap road bike from the local paper...
add one classic racing green paint job...
and a few old style parts and we get a nice retro looking cycle inspired by the old path racers of years gone by...
still need to finish things off before i can ride it, maybe get some tan wall tyres, leather saddle bag ???
now, where did i put my tweed jacket and long socks ???

Re: Project retro racer
I wondered where I left my chopper!!
I do know what I did with my Paris Galibier though and am still kicking myself for giving it away.

Re: Project retro racer
you see, thats why kids are so unfit these days. all these light aluminium bikes make them lazy.
if they had to lug around a few tonnes of Raleigh Grifter, it would do them the world of good

Re: Project retro racer
Spent many happy days on that bike, with a lolly pop stick running across the spokes on the rear tyre
