Hi all, waiting to get my shipment off kits 1 through to 13. Expect this to be ready to ship around July 2023, then add Est 3 months shipping time.
Have a couple of questions
what year is the 4" agg engine based on?
what is approx burn rate of coal? trying to work out coal storage on engine towed trailer.
what is approx water usage  for same reason as above
can the engine injector pull water from a towed tanker if its hosed up to the engine

Good evening Steve, I am from Christchurch myself. It burns about 20kg of coal a day( moving around a rally field, running mills etc) water use is about a gallon an hour ish. It has a water lifter on the engine, I use that to suck water from my hut into the tender. If u come out to the steam extravaganza next week end, there will be quite a few models (30) out there
