WHY ? SPELLING
GUYS, WHY IS LIKAMOBILE SOMETIMES SPELT WITH A Y INSTEAD OF I, ON THE HOME PAGE, AND PRODUCT PAGE. NOT INTO THE LIKAMOBILES, JUST WONDERED

In answer to your question, we have changed the 'i' to a 'y' because of 2 reasons. Firstly quite a number of people used to call it a 'lick-a-mobile' as that was how they perceived it to read. We wanted to try to ensure that if someone was talking about our car, they at least called it the correct name. By changing it to a 'y' it became more obvious to us that it would then read ly-ka-mobile. After all it is supposed to be 'like a locomobile' hence the name.
Secondly we wanted to differentiate between the MW's car and the one we will manufacture. The car we intend to produce will have any minor problems the MW's car had ironed out, plus further improvements, possibly a new style boiler.
