Sorry , I don’t know the answer, but if you give Will a call at the factory, I am certain he will know - he is very helpful.

Did you contact STW for the answer?

I just bought a new die and tap set for the 3/8" fittings on the Burrell, thats to the Clacks, unions, tank fittings etc and they are 9/16" x 26 BSB (British Standard Brass) I haven't tried it on the pump threads but being 3/8" pipe I suspect 9/16".

I am also adding a third method of filling the boiler, via John Rex Engineering, a 3/8" piped hand ram pump, tee and two non return valves. Bolted to the footplate via a tank filter to the mechanical pump outlet pipe. All those threads are also 9/16" x 26.

Hopefully that answers your question?

Richard.
