Second shaft bush fitting
Hi All,
Had no problems fitting the rear axle bushes but I can’t get the second shaft bushes to fit. I’ve tried flap wheels in the shaft and using a fine grade sandpaper on the bushes but I can’t get them to go in.
Any tips? Just persevere?!
Thanks

Re: Second shaft bush fitting
Had a similar problem with the front wheel bushes. A Dremel with the drum sanding attachment made quick work of it, worth a try.

Re: Second shaft bush fitting
Update - I persevered with flap wheels and hand sanding VERY carefully and finally got there (hours later). There may be slight ovalling of the bushes but they are still a tight fit so I'm relying on grease and usage to even them to even out over time!
