Tender Water level indicator
Hi all,
After several steaming I feel the need for a way of knowing how much water is in the tender. I have run out several times and then panic sets in. I have looked on other forums and am looking and an idea from the 4" forum by using a car brake pipe fitting and a float on a rod. Has anyone fitted something similar to a 2" or how do you know how much water is in the tender?
Phil

Re: Tender Water level indicator
A Number of the 2" and 4" Agi owners have made the manstand inspection hatch easily removable. So a quick look in the tank is easy and also makes filling much quicker.

Lynn,
That's a good idea, nice and simple.
Many thanks
