There is a spring mentioned under valve nut on ISO 11D but not in instructions - does it come with rest of regulator ?
What size is the regulator nut grubscrew? - the smallest Allen key I have been able to find is 1.5 mm and its much smaller that that.!

I asked about the missing spring. Apparently it is no longer required, they forgot to remove it from the instruction sheet.
