Crankshaft and 2nd shaft gears
Hi all,
Just been testing the running fit of my gears, 3rd gear clearance is fine apart from a tight spot at one point, tried slackening bolts and spinning gear but cant get rid of the tight spot.
Needs a bit more fiddling, I might take out the bolts and spin the gear to a different positionsee if that works.
First gear is fine but second gear seems to have a lot of backlash probably at least 1mm, has anyone else found this with their gears?
Thanks
Kev

Sorry Kevin.
Mine appear all fine. Quite tightly meshed.
