Cylinder gasket Empty Cylinder gasket

Hi, my first post on here, currently building a 4″ DCC Road Loco.

Does this look right? The cylinder gasket will partially obstructed 2 of the steam ports? I have flipped the gasket round etc and I'm sure the orientation is correct.

Hi Chris,

yes, looked like on Pied Piper. Figuring that it should be open, i.e. unrestricted I fitted two studs to locate the gasket, marked and cut out the gasket just a tad to make sure the holes were not covered.
