Lyka pipework extra instructions
Hi guys
I have been told that some people are struggling to see where the pipework supplied in Lyka kit 23 goes. To help clear this up Dean has taken pictures of the pipework as well as other areas of confusion, and I have written a description for each picture explaining which pipework is in the picture and where it goes.
This picture is taken from the front of the car of the pipework in front of the engine behind the front cross panel.
Going into the bottom of the manifold (labeled) we have the pipe LK1514.
Then going into the side of manifold on the left hand side of the picture we have LK1510 (Both this pipe and LK1514 attach to the water pumps on the other end).
Going into the side of the manifold on the right hand side of the picture we have pipe LK1513, the other end of which goes into the water pump bypass.
Lastly going into the top of the manifold we have pipe LK1512, the other end of which goes into the bottom of the check valve.
Here we are looking down from the top of the boiler. Going into the check valve we have pipe LK1512. Into the pressure switch elbow we have the much smaller pipe LK1607, the other end of which attaches to the tee supplied (001135).
Here we have the pressure switch screwed into the pressure switch bracket going into the bottom of the bracket we have pipe LK1609 which also attaches to the tee that can be also be seen, the other pipe heading into the top of the tee is the aforementioned LK1607.
Here can be seen the pipes LK1515 A & B, A goes on the driver’s side of the engine and B goes on the passenger side. Both go from the water tank manifold to the water pumps.
Here we have the water tank tee screw into the tanks elbow (RH hand water tank), going between that and the water tank manifold is pipe LK1561.
Here we have the water tank manifold with one pipe visibly going into the side and three coming out of the front. The one in the side is LK1551. The first front pipe (closest to the side pipe) is pipe LK1509, the other end of which attaches to the rear of the water pump bypass. The other two pipes are the aforementioned LK1515A & B. A fifth pipe can be seen going into the back of the left hand water pump, this is pipe LK1556, the other end of which goes into the top of the hand pump.
Here we see the blocks LK1710N (Floor supports) you must drill a hole in each one so that you can place them where the brackets are (as seen in the picture).

Additional Instructions
I tried to print this out for reference, and it appears that doesn't work too well for me. So I have created a PDF file and also embellished the images with more part references - making it easier for me once I receive my kit. For those that have completed the pipework please verify that I have not mislabeled any parts.

Comparing your labels with the design, it is indeed labeled correctly.

Thanks
I have pasted images and text into Word, and printed out a copy for workshop use - thank you.
