Looking for a bit of help on the drive side there is a washer with a hex bolt that you put a roll pin in to keep in place the only thing is the hex bolt comes undone or gets really tight
Thanks paul

The pin is to stop the washer rotating and undoing the bolt, the second shaft should be flush with the shoulder on the gear that the washer sits in, it sounds like you need a spacer under the washer so you can do the bolt up tightly without everything binding up (try using a washer but make sure the pin still engages with the washer), if that doesn't work you may need to return you diff assembly to us for adjustment.

Your diff assembly is too wide, measure the step between the end of the shaft and the shoulder in the diff output gear so I know how much to slim it down, send the diff back to me and I will run it in and change the width, send everything that is on ISO BU217 Sheet 3 of 5 Except the two large gears BU21705 and BU21707 and put something in there with your name on.
Regards Ian
