Front Stub Axles

Hi All

New front stub axles are progressing through production. They have a different manufacturing process from the first so the alignment issue with the brake caliper will now be machined out on the final operation. The stub itself will be a few mm longer and the castellated nut and corresponding thread will be changed to a fine thread to allow the pre-loading to be performed easily and more accurately.


When fitting the hub bearings, both front and rear. Please make sure the bearing shells are seated fully down and square.
The brake caliper should be fitted with the brake pads in the caliper.
