Halford spray cans
Hi all....has anyone considered using Halford car spray cans for painting their Traction engines ?.

For small areas they are fine, but you need to practice to get a good finish, as the paint is incredibly thin & runs very easily.
The only time I use spray cans is for specialist paints, such as high temperature stove paint for smoke box & chimney etc!!
Also You are limited to colours on the shelf, which tend to be for modern cars, which are not always traditional traction engine type colours!
But for a 2" build, it may make sense, but I personally wouldn't use them, as there are better alternative paints to use!
