Afternoon everyone.

We have spent the last couple of hours trying to make or tail of these bloody roof valances! Everything is going really well but we have clamped and pinned the valances onto the side of the cab to "reprofile the bottom edge" as the instructions say to do. Thats not a problem but the top of the valence is sticking up above the roof rib about 15mm. Has anyone had this and did you just mark it according to the roof ribs and cut them to suit?

Thanks in advance

I am sorry that I have not been able to help you. At the moment I have not started to work on the roof of my lorry. The reason for this is that I spent the winter living abroad and I am still attempting to catch up with the kits. I would be interested to know the solution to this problem, for when I start building mine. I would presume that somebody at the factory would have some knowledge, as they have constructed a roof for the control model. All the best.

Not sure of the problem I just lined the valence up to look right on the bottom and planned the top to suit and have just softend the bottom edge as is which looks pretty good Very Happy
